This HDB BTO tiling works price list is applicable to new HDB owners who require tiling works to their living room and bedrooms. While we do not have packages for this tiling works, we do provide very competitive price with lots of flexibility.

Pricing for our tiling works
1) Haulage $450
2) Disposal after tiling works $450
3) Labour for floor tiling $6.00 per square feet (psf)
4) Labour for skirting $6.00 per foot run (pfr)
5) Pricing for material $2.00 psf
6) Pricing for tiles $3 psf after GST from supplier + 10% for wastage
How our payment works
Option 1: We only charged you labour cost. You will pay directly to material and tile suppliers. In this way, you can have more flexibility especially when it comes to choosing tiles. You will not be restricted by the tile price cap set by us. You choose cheaper tiles and you save money. You choose expensive tiles if you have the budget.
Option 2: We include all materials and tiles into our price just like other contractors.
How to calculate?
Below is a example:
Living Room 200sqft: $6.00 x 200 = $1200
Master Bedroom Room 150sqft: $6.00 x 150 = $900
Common Bedroom Room 1 150sqft: $6.00 x 150 = $900
Common Bedroom Room 2 150sqft: $5.00 x 150 = $900
Skirting 60m which is about 198feet x $6.00 = $1188
Material: (650sqft + 10% for skirting) x $2.00 = $1430
Tiles: (650sqft + 5% for skirting + 5% for wastage) x $3 = $2145
Total tiling cost: $1200 + $900 + $900 + $900 + $1188 + $1430 + $2,145 + Haulage $550 + Disposal $550 = $9763.
