In this post, you will be able to see the Singapore plumbing works price list. For plumbing works, it is important to engage PUB licensed plumber (LPs) for plumbing services. Since 1 April 2018, only PUB licensed plumber is allowed to carry out water service and sanitary works. The plumber will need to submit all their works to PUB via Licensed Plumber Portal. You may go to PUB website for more information.
Following is the price list for our plumbing works partner

Price calculation example for a Condominium
We will take 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen conceal piping works as an example with storage heater and rain shower.
Toilet package item 2 (Single Toilet with Conceal Piping) x 2 = $$900 x 2 = $1800
Item 4 (Kitchen with Conceal Piping) = $700
Total plumbing cost will be = ($1800 + $700 + $300 (PUB Submission)) x 1.07 (GST) = $2996
Price calculation example for a HDB
We will take 2 bathroom and 1 kitchen exposed piping works as an example with instant heater.
Toilet package item 1(Single Toilet with Exposed Piping) less Hot water x 2 = ($500-$50) x 2 = $900
Item 3 (Kitchen with Exposed Piping) less Hot water = $400-$50 = $350
Total plumbing cost will be = ($900 + $350 + $300 (PUB Submission)) x 1.07 (GST) = $1658.50
